- When would you like to take possession of your new home?
Then we listen closely to your answers. This kind of conversation helps us to get a picture of the kind of home that will complement your life.

Our sales consultants never suggest more home than you need, extra upgrades or anything that exceeds your spending limits.
We Provide End-to-End Customer Service
Buying a new home can be overwhelming, but it doesn't have to be. Our sales associates are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction from the time you decide on a particular floor plan and beyond the day you move into your Avonlea new home. Some of the services we provide include:
Before Purchase
- connect you with mortgage lenders if needed
- arrange for your current home to be appraised, if needed
- determine if you qualify for our Your Home for Ours program
- discuss possible changes and upgrades
Purchase
- assist you with purchase agreement and other documents
- complete and deliver paperwork to lawyers, etc.
Interim
- communicate with the build and design team on your behalf
- alert you to changes in your home's building status
- take you on safety-ensured walk throughs at your request
Possession
- connect you with legal services for closing
- assist you with paperwork and other relevant documents
- take you on your final walk through
After Possession
- we'll continue to act as a liaison with our service department at your request
- we'll follow up after you've moved in
