Making you feel good about your purchase during the buying and building process is important to us, but so is making you feel good after you move in. That's part of the reason that we offer all of our customers a comprehensive 1-year new home warranty in addition to the Alberta New Home Warranty Program and manufacturers' warranties.

Why Do We Offer It?
We've been building homes of excellence in Lethbridge since 1995 and in Medicine Hat since 2000, so we're very confident in our building methodologies. We know exactly what high quality construction takes and we deliver it in every home we build. From design to drafting, framing to detailing, we have every confidence in the quality of workmanship that goes into our homes. In fact, we are so assured we have it right that offering this warranty is more like a very natural extension of our commitment to customer service.

At the same time, a new home is built from thousands of components, involves hundreds of design choices, dozens of workers and takes months to complete. Our new home warranty is our promise to you that we'll stand behind our workmanship and the materials we chose for your home. So if you find that a cabinet isn't aligned quite right after you move in, we are just an email away.

Alberta New Home Warranty
The Alberta New Home Warranty (ANHWP) was founded in 1974. Today, membership in ANHWP extends to over 700 Builder Members. It offers new homebuyers several safeguards, including:

• 5-year structural integrity protection
• an inexpensive option to purchase an additional 5 years
• deposit protection
• builder performance protection

In addition, ANHWP offers support and guidance to new homebuyers throughout the buying and building process, from purchase to possession and beyond.
